The kids rocked their second race with friends! Unfortunately some dehydration after a long weekend in the sun, sun, sun landed Kaisley in the medic after her race. Just dehydration...I think she learned the importance of drinking water ALL day long, especially if you are outside multiple days in a row and then exercising!
These two Spartan kids are loving their experiences!
The big kids did two laps of the course. I was able to somewhat follow them on their second lap (from the inside of the lanes) and it was awesome to see how they supported each other and smiled the whole way!
