Pre Halloween recap

Well, I forgot my camera to two of our biggest Halloween events (the pumpkin patch and Sor.ority Row Trick or Treat), but, I have a lot of other fun ones from this month...

Sutton loved his first pumpkin

Brookston's class visited a pumpkin patch and I was able to go on my first field trip with him! I had so much fun and I know the kids did too!

Our Family

My photographer friend, Kristie, came by our house to take pictures of our family a couple weekends ago. Having her come to our house ended up being so nice, since Sutton was still asleep at the time she arrived. So, she was able to take pictures of the big kids first! Then, she used our house for the cutest pictures below! Both inside and out. She said she was thinking abou this first pictures for weeks. Our past with our present! :)

Check out her site, with a slideshow, and the rest of her talent!

And here are our pictures!!!

A visit on the way home

My best friend from high school now lives about 6 hours from the beach in N C, and about 12 hours from our house. Not quite half way, but it made for a nice weekend stop. We haven't seen them in exactly 2 years! And it was a nice way to break up the trip, especially with young kids in the car! We arrive at their house Friday early evening and spent the night Friday and Saturday.

The kids "relaxing" with a DVD before bed. They were so cute.

For Olivia's 3rd Birthday she was going to see Dis.ney on I.ce. So, we had the honor of going with them. This was by far the coolest experience I've had in a long time. The look of complete awe on their faces, their eyes glued to the ice and lighting up like never before. I honestly don't think I could ever forget seeing their faces! Plus, I was loving it. Amazing show and I'm so glad to have gone!

Seriously, aren't those faces priceless???

It was tough getting all 4 kids to look at the camera! :)

The girls in their outfits for the show!

Sutton had an absolute blast with balloons! :)

Last beach post

Well, it's taken me a while, but I think this is the last of my main pictures from our beach trip. Of course, I took hundreds of pictures, but this sums it up.

A few of our family snapshots....

On our last night we did smores and sparklers!

The cousins!

Nana and Papa with the big kiddos

This beach trip was to celebrate Nana's birthday, so each of the grandkids helped to make her a special birthday card.
