School birthday celebration

What is this, celebration number 5 for the 5 year old??  This time, at prek!  He chose donuts!  :)

Decorating the tree

Back home again...time to get ready for Christmas.  I had 3 of my little helpers eager to put up the tree.  They knew that our elf could not come visit until the tree was up and decorated.  So, the day we got back from our trip...the tree went up!

Fun on the farm

Next up was the farm.  I had no idea that we could spend all day there and still not want to leave!  The kids rode the fast cows, the bucking cows, did water bottle blasters, corn cob blasters, the jumping bladder, slides, the corn pit, the ball blasters, the zombie attack, pig races.  We had so much fun there and were sad that we had to leave when we did!  This was a super fun day spent with cousins and friends!

Putt putt and bowling birthday

Sutton's actual birthday we decided to do what he loves most...putt putt!  Our cousins were able to join in on the fun!

Followed by the next best thing....bowling!

Seriously lucky birthday boy!  I'm not sure it gets much better than being surrounded by cousins, on vacation, going putt putt and bowling!  He had an absolute blast...as did everyone!

Thanksgiving

Our Hall crew this year!  It was fun to feel like old times.  These moments are the ones I miss most about not living close to family!  Sniff, sniff!

Birthday boy

Sutton decided he wanted to celebrate his 5th birthday with his cousins in Louisiana.  So, we made the trip for thanksgiving and did his party there!  He made a great decision...I think everyone had a blast!  This is just the first of many posts about our trip back to LA!

Singing to the birthday boy!  My friend and I teamed up to make Sutton his cake.  I wasn't sure what we would do for his cake since we would be out of town.  I had even opted for the party that included cake.  But when my friend said that she had the stuff and would help...we did it together!  :)

Prek jungle day

Sutton at his prek jungle day!  His preschool does the cutest themed days and the best activities!  We are so blessed to have found this school!  What amazing experiences!

3rd grade music show

Brookston's 3rd grade music show!  These kids worked so hard!  The music teachers is amazing how much time she puts in with these kiddos.  And they did great!  Brookston had a special speaking part, as well as being up front with a couple other kids for another song!  He did great and seemed to really enjoy it too.
